I've got trouble in Soubar with "Training Militia Men" quest.
I realise all the prisoners from jail, and they appear on location outside the town Soubar. Then i train them, and send to guarding the city enterance. I make some military training my own and go back to major. Now I can only tell major that training would finished durning next few days. I cant load the game before training militia becouse I overwrite my privious saved game. I think that only some global will do the job now.... Can somone help me with that please

SoS relies hea-vi-ly on globals, probably more than any other mod in the BG-verse. One slip up and you're fcuk'ed.

If anyone got the same problem just type in Clua:
SetGlobal("CbPartyTrainedOneNewGuard","GLOBAL", (value set number of trained villagers)

Yeah... your in a section of modding that isn't heavily played, so don't be surprised about length of time for responses...Over 3 days of waitning and no responde, I dont have any experience in modding but I find solution myself in 20 min after installing NearInfinity(thx for clue how to edit bg files...), so it wasn't very hard.
If anyone got the same problem just type in Clua:
SetGlobal("CbPartyTrainedOneNewGuard","GLOBAL", (value set number of trained villagers)
It takes a village...

SetGlobal("CbPartyTrainedOneNewGuard","GLOBAL",10) should do it.
From the walthrough by Suburban Jub Collective:
During the brawl in the Narwhal one of the Triel villagers killed another one. That did not pose any problem, until after I had finished training the remaining nine. At that point, when I talked to the Major, I couldn't tell him the training was over. A quick look at the global variables (thanks to Shadowkeeper) showed that the variable CBPARTYTRAINEDONENEWGUARD was set to 9. The only way I found to be able to continue on with the game was to set it to 10, at which point I could talk to the Major and advance the plot. I'm not sure if it's indeed a programming oversight or if I did something wrong somewhere, but I thought it worth mentioning.
