Looping dialogue in ToB, plus another issue

In my current game, the first Mazzy dialogue loops over and over.

It's the one starting:

Tell me, my friend; does having a destiny such as yours scare you?

I stopped it by incrimenting the "I#MazzyToBFriendTalks" Global to 2 in Shadowkeeper. Not had the second talk yet but I'm only in Saradush at the moment.

Also, there's a second issue:

The response It does scare me a little, yes, to think that perhaps my future is set in stone leads to m1.6 No, I suppose you do not. (sigh) which makes no sense to me. I'm thinking it should have lead to m1.3 which is I can imagine it would be intimidating to think that your future has been written, to a point. It is not something I envy you.

I don't know if the dialogue loops because of missing code to increment the variable, or because of a conflict. Here's ye olde WeiDU log anyhoo:

Having to deal with the same problem, however the cheat (I'm using the console instead of SK) does not shut her up. :(

I fixed it in my local copy, but the new version has been recoded entirely so I can't give you a hotfix--

I don't understand why setting that variable isn't working. Could you use GetGlobal("I#MazzyToBFriendTalks","GLOBAL") and tell me what it is?

Just playing again now (I never did get to finish that last game with Mazzy due to a PC problem - so am finally getting to finish the Mazzy friendship on my new PC now! - or will do when I get back from holiday).
Anyway, guess this bug hasn't been fixed because it's still occurring.

Both of the dialogue loops are still present (first one in ToB and the dialogue about races and paladisn with Keldorn present in SoA). It's really annoying. :(

Dang, the fixes didn't get included--don't worry, there's a new version going up this week including those fixes. :)

If I'm not totally wrong there are a lot of mixed up variables in mazz25.baf and mazzy25j.d.

(Timer instead of global, normal instead of TOB)

I'm sorry but the looping dialogue bug is still there. I got it on my last run with this mod. A fix would be nice :)

Again, a few months after the fact, but probably worth reporting that the problem persists. I ran into this very same issue with the very same dialogue (the destiny one) and unfortunately had to uninstall the mod.

Wow this guy is right and the even fixes in the current BWPFixpack are incomplete :o Here are the ToB files with some better ToB-specific variable stuff :cheers: (overwrite before installing)
