Is there actual content for Throne of Bhaal in the mod, or will we be waiting a long time (maybe forever -- see Keto) for that component to be done?
Just curious, as it otherwise looks very promising.

There is no ToB content as of yet. You will be waiting a while for ToB content a while, as both Deva and I tend to work slowly, but Ninde's been in development for longer than Keto was, I think--neither of us are going to stop modding wholly anytime soon.
