Okay this time it works . Good job! Thanks.Okay, let's try this once more. I don't think I was doing it right the first time. I still may not be, but I hope I am.
Good to hear! Thanks, it worked for me too.
Actually, the issue was that the new shield animations that come with IR only included player animations. The files above are creature/monster animations for the new "c0" animation that shld13 uses.So the animation for a shield was messed up, that's why the problem appeared?
I've updated IR's hotfixes so that new installations with the hotfix will assign appropriate creature/monster animations for all of the shield animations (c0-c6).
If you are using the main component of IR installed prior to today, I recommend installing this fix, which will add the missing animations. Extract it into your BG directory and run setup-shield_fix.exe. It won't leave an entry in your WeiDU.log.

Thanks dreamer2007 and Mike1072 to test and fix this bug.
We have the newest Item Revisions hotfix included in the BW Fixpack locally, now. Thanks.I hope that Leomar will notice this problem and add this fix to the next version of Big World Fixpack so that this issue will be forever solved.
Greetings Leomar
but you have more choices or paths through the game.

Okay, let's try this once more. I don't think I was doing it right the first time. I still may not be, but I hope I am.
Edit: Fixed so it doesn't include wpmc0inv.bam - overwriting that negates the whole point of having a custom animation.
thank you so much! i made a massive big world install in 2011, and once i encountered this problem--which meant i couldn't see a skeleton to kill it to get its skull to fix the chicken, which meant thalantyr or whatever his name was was stuck on that dialogue and wouldn't take my ore poison to analyze, which made me feel like my install was fucked so i just quit playing the game.
fast forward to today, i added those your files to the override folder, and now ive picked up BG again around 18 months later. thanks again!
(strange that my install was way after leomar fixed it in the big world fixpack, but i still had this problem?)
