So... I figure with my current party the Luxleys are going to have to wait for another game (as it seems I can't get their quest to happen in Chapter 2), and I go to kick them out of the party and get on with the rest of it - starting with Seb. No leaving dialogue, nothing - and then Andrei goes "Oh no he's dead" (although he's standing right there) and dimension doors out...

Andrei also has a tendency to have a green circle at his feet even when out of the party...

NB: Sebastian does the exact same thing. This is using 'reform party'. If you get one of them to join after reforming, they do the dimension door thing again.
