I would like to know when start the Hand og Glory quest because I'm not encountered anyone bandits at north of Restenford, and I'm not found the sewers at the barracks...

Can I know when and where precisely I should meet the bandits??

You won't meet the bandits until you've found the thief who stole from the warehouses. There's a progression of quests that ends up with you going to meet the bandits just below the northernmost bridge in the North of Restenford area.

Ok, I've found the thief who stole from the warehouses and I've killed him.
Now I've the Hold of glory, but:

1. I have not meet the thief at Restenford (with the note...).

2. I have tried to talking with the guards near the "hanging tree" on the road to Garrotten SW of the temple but they not talk about Ravella...


Help

PS: I've found the sewers only via graveyard turning to the north of the temple...there is another way to discover the sewers??

Thanks, I've seen the Bomarc's Body topic, but once I have found the glorious hand, I tried to talk to the guards outside

the gates of the temple area and they'll NOT tell me about ravella but only :"There is to be no fighting or stealing within

the town limits of Restenford! Aggressors will be punished to the full extent of the law!"

I have the same problem.

I have resolved the problem using:

CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("BHHandSearch","GLOBAL",2)

then I've spoke with the guard and now work well!!!

I'm gone to speak to Pelltar after killing the bandits north of town with note and I have read books about the Hand of Glory...and then I've spoke to the Guard.

Currently playing with version 2.75,
had all quests done,
Fabio even comment on the Glory Hand after i got the note from the Bandit Lord &　ｓｕｇｇｅｓｔ　ｍｅ　ｔｏ　ｔａｌｋ　ｔｏ　Ｐｅｌｔａｒ．
The problem was that when i mentioned the Glory Hand issue,
Peltar just said he knows nothing of of the hand & the dialogue ends.
Then i tried to talk to him again he just said Gelpas won't allow me to leave until i have solve the issue.
Oh yes,by the way,i am still unable to find stolen Black Pearl either in Sirius body nor anywhere in the lighthouse.....
