This was a tough one, because I don't recall paying much attention to Shar-Teel before. But finally I managed to scribble something down. My brain kept insisting that she looks like a viking what with the horned helmet and small pony-tail things.
Aliya: Yay, she's wearing full plate armour. Looks good ^^
Sammi: She reminds me of something... And somehow you've reinforced suspicion that she is in fact a viking (a secret viking!)
Lythari: Great expression She looks suitably ready to slaughter something.
Epantiras: Hah! That does seem like her. I'm not sure if I should be afraid of how she looks when happy in the fourth panel or not
Bardess: Your poor Bhaalspawn, I hope that hide in shadows works before Shar-Teel gets within range.

Aliya, this one looks great and detailed, you definitely improved your sketching techniques. Only I agree with WeeR about her hand holding javelin. It should be seen rather from the back side.

The thumb is on the wrong side of the hand. The way you have it makes sense if the palm is facing the viewer (although it wouldn't be comfortable). If the palm is facing in, the thumb always points "out" from the body.Edited the picture above. Better?
