Dang it I hate double posting, but I forgot to include this in my previous post and I want to make sure azgarth sees it.

i'm now at the point where bodhi should turn (in my case) jaheira into stone.
unfortunately (heh), she does not such thing, i beat bodhi, with a little useless help from drizzt, stake her, and can exit without problem.

what might be related, the jaheira romance seems stuck around 27, but no bandits arrive, ever, nor does anyone from the harpers.
romance is active, jaheriabanditplot variable is 1, jaheiracursed is 10.
i've slept outside, used advancerealtime, set jaheiraromance to 1, nothing works.
and yes, romanceactive is set to 1.

i just want to have her turn to stone so i can continue, any ideas?

Turn to stone? I was pretty sure that Bodhi kidnapped all love interests. Does Jaheira have a second Bodhi event or did you install a mod to change the event? Anyways, assuming that w/e you are talking about works on the same principles as the kidnapping event, the problem is that you aren't far enough along in the relationship. I believe that romanceactive has to be at 2 for Bodhi to notice the romance. So if you just want the event then you can just change that variable and it should give you the scene, assuming you have a save from before the scene is supposed to take place.

However that won't solve the underlieing problem with the romance. Unfortunatly, I'm not too familair with Jaheira's romance so I can't help you there(although advancing her lovetalknumber might be able to help you).

i forgot what bodhi did exactly, foggy memory, just noticed she did nothing but dying.
romanceactive 2 means it's finished right?
i've kivan in my group, and after we killed bodhi, he opened conversation and i could tell him how shattered i was that someone "very important to me" or something was taken from me, IIRC, this didn't happen, like i said.
of course, there's been a couple of things like that with kivan, referencing things that could happen but didn't (because of choises i made or small bugs), or things that i shouldn't be able to know yet at the point i was in the storyline.

as for the romance, i guess i'll just have to abandon it, sucks, but i guess it can't be helped.

As I recall 0=hasn't started, 1=early stages, 2=serious relationship, and 3=not active. And if you want to keep the romance, you probably can....it will just take a lot of effort probably. *shrugs*

@ Ranadiel

Thanks for your help in answer the questions of the others. That's very kind of you and helps me a lot, because sometimes I've not really the knowledge of such things. I'm still learning. ;)

Why are showing that wiki to me now? That would have been useful to have while I was working on my list.

Sorry, but our Mod-Wiki is not ready, yet and we want to finish it in the next month. As I read about the NPC numbers, I recall the numbers of the Mod-Wiki I've seen the last days... I hope you forgive me. :crying:

The list is now up! It still needs some polishing, but it is a good start.

Great, I'll look at it and give feedback there. :)

@ azgarth

In this thread I want to speak about the BWP and the installation of it. If you have game bugs you want to be solved, please open a new thread with your problem and your WeiDU.log. Thank you.

oh, and tethyr, where you're supposed to meet the company of eight (i think CtB), crashes on load.

Yes, it is CtB. So it is better, to post your bug in the CtB forum and we'll help you there. :)

Greetings Leomar

A Megamod does not mean that you can play all of the mods or all of their content,
but you have more choices or paths through the game.

Would it be safe to include Chloe with BWP? If so, where should I add it in the install list?

She is already in the BWP. She is in the mods that should be installed after you move from BG1 to BG2.

This is because the mod is using the same creature name(actually Death Variable) as one plot character in BGT.

Excuse me for my silly question and sorry for my bad english...

First of all a big thanx too your team about your beautiful work...
Your big world project manual is perfect and the chapter for manual installation is extremely good, why not use this type of the installation?

It's not perfect... as the BWPFixpack needs to be installed in several parts, which is horrible to explain, and even more horrible to use... <_< I think. The auto-installer does it all for you.

I've read in this thread a lot of problems during auto-installation, could we avoid them?

Right yes, or you can unzip it to different directory first, so you have a safe backup(of the unzip:ed, unrar:ed files, so you don't have to unpack the everything hundreds of times if you mess up something) from which to copy all the files to the game directory.
...

says nothing about where I'll unzip this one :link: so how I'll run this one...?

In to the same game directory, and then run the BiGWorld Install v5.5.2.bat -but you have to have all the other files in the pack on the game directory- so the "BiGWorld Install v5.5.2.bat" goes to where you have the setup-*modname*.exe's and the "dialog.tlk" and the other game files.

So I suppose that the other files will be unzipped in the same folder, that BWP requires before the install.bat ... such as
00. ALLGEMEINES / GENERAL and a last question what about these BP-Balancer-v0.33a beta and, End_ Biff_v2.1

Thanx a lot

Well if you want the Auto installer to make all the choices for you, then put all the mod files to the installation folder... this is all before you start the BiG World Install v5.5.2.bat . The mods mentioned above have all choises you can make if you install them manually, which the auto-installer makes automatically...
Just a question, did you read the BiG World v5.5.2 beta, english/deutsch.pdf ? From here, well the beginning of it pages 1-18.

I did what you said and when I started the .bat it says to me

The minimum requirements are not met.
The listed mods are not present in your BGII - SOA directory

txt.music

The listed mods are mandatory.
Please copy them into BGII - SOA directory and then continue

Why? I put them all the unzipped items in the bgII - soa directory?

Well, the mod in needed for optimal result... the link, and it's called "Restored Textscreen Music"+ language.

In this file link (leads to nowhere as it's cut off, as it's copied from somewhere that was already cut) and I have another file named override, shall i put the items of this file in the original override folder?

Well, basically as I can't conform... You need to put the sound files(***.wav) to directory called "sounds".
