BG1 - I really liked Xan, but I wasn't so hot on hit stats. I really wanted to use that Moonblade, but he was a mage. But he didn't have the magic missiles to be a proper mage. Even then, he had me at "We're doomed"
Odd as this may seem, I liked Khalid too. Despite or perhaps because of his stutters and his shyness. He was cute, I thought, and I was a bit disappointed when he died in
BG2. I've always wanted a mod or something that swapped which swapped Jaheira for Khalid (And Minsc for Dynaheir), just to see how things would have turned out.
BG2 - Anomen. I'll admit Anomen can be love/hate for me, but that's because he's like the male version of me, and seeing yourself reflected so well can be a bit strange. He's even got the ticked-off "What is it now?!" towards friends and family. I guess that's what made him seem so sympathetic to me, almost sweet, even when he was storming about in one of his bad moods, because I'm of an equally foul temper myself.
KotOR - Carth. I just love all of his romance talks, from the mushy stuff to the downright goofy ("Ouch! I think you hurt my man-feelings with that one!"). He feels like the only love interest with a proper sense of humour who thinks it's cute when you mock him and doesn't go insta-dump on you because you call him a hairless wookiee. Plus there's the voice. Mm, Raphael Sbarge...
Oh, and Jolee and HK will always have a place in my heart (Or at least my "Top 10 funniest game characters" list)
KotOR2 - Atton was cute and vaguely intriguing, I'll admit it. But I did prefer Bao-Dur's sensuous voice, all five lines of it. I thought he was one of the better characters - or at least, he would have been if they'd fleshed him about a bit more.
NWN2 - Sand. Had he been romantically inclined, I would have been on him faster than you can say "Forget Bishop". His wit, his sarcasm... He was fantastic. I took him with me even when I was already a magic user because I cherished his every interjection.
Mass Effect - Garrus. I can't quite describe it, to be honest, but there's just something about him that makes me like him. Much as I like Kaiden, Garrus always comes out on top, possibly because of the mix of naivety and cynicism that makes him at once cute and respectable.
