WeiDU readme links should not point to htoc*, because the numbers are liable to change. Point instead to the 'descriptive' anchor - from the source of README-WeiDU.html:

The index has been updated; however, these WeiDU readme tutorials did not have a non-htoc anchor:

• COPY_EXISTING_REGEXP
  
• EXTEND_TOP_REGEXP
  
• READ_BYTE and PATCH_IF
  
• values and expressions
  
• WHILE Loops
  
• Bitwise Operators
  
• DEFINE,LAUNCH,LOCAL and everything else about personal macros
  
• standard macros

Scripting Styles has an anchor, but it is placed after the <h3> so it looks different compared to the others.

I have changed the links for those who have non-htoc anchors, and kept the ones listed above as they were for now.
