Are you in the ToB section of the game? If so, you are stuck in ToB.Are you supposed to be stuck in ToB after entering the Watcher's Keep area?

well I was in chapter 6 and wanted to do some of the first levels of watcher's keep. But the map will only show ToB parts after I enter the area.
