I did install that mod. That is part of the reason I am so irked. I went through the installation of
BGT in order to get the mod, that, and the Gavin Mod, to find that either it, or
BGT, removed dialogue entirely from NPCs.

There is the possibility that it's the Ease-of-Use pack causing the problem. But I didn't think it was considering I had it before
BGT and NPCPack and dialogue still occurred. (Of course I reinstalled the games for
BGT, to make sure everything was clean, but, when I was just using Ease-of-Use alone, it was fine).
