Hi,
I've played through my first Ascension with Redemption installed.
I didn't, however, see Demogorgon.
When should he appear? Will he only appear if Irenicus joins or something?
Where is Demogorgon?

He is the boss of wachers keep, the one imprisoned. Or do you mean appear in accension, which I have yet to play?

He only appears if you beat him in Watchers Keep. If not he still remains trapped.
how come you always look so damn cool in every photo I see you in?!?
Speaking of modding, I listened to IER 3 yesterday, so you can have another quote for your signature: how come you sound so damn cool, as well as look it? It's unfair. Seriously.

Yes, this is correct. The Redemption mod is set so that it checks if your Demogorgon is imprisoned - if he is - he will not be showing. Only if you 'killed' him, or to be precise - banished him from the material plane he will show up right before the first fight, and you will be able to play riddles with him.

TRUE DEATH can only happen when you challenge a blood on his own home plane.
Elsewise you'll only banish him for awhile.

Must the Demogorgon be 'killed' while still in SoA? I don't usually go to Watcher's Keep until ToB. I'd like to see the old fella again after beating him up!

It does not matter when you kill him -- just kill him and he will Re-appear in the Throne of Blood section and you can play riddles with him before killing him. I definitely recommend riddles though, it always makes me feel better to make fun of him. Grin

Arist is right you have to fight and kill demogorgon on his home plane.
His home plane is the abyss. The Pocket Plane is part of the abyss so why he was stupid enougth to go to the people who already defeated him to a place where they can kill him is beyond me.
