[Silinde Ar-Feiniel]

Hi! I love your art-house here and i'm wondering if i could make a personal request. Is there anyone who would be kind enough to help me "baldurize" my personal pic? I pray that someone will give me a chance to be baldurized. Here's my personal pic. I would like to be a (dark?) mage if that's possible (elf, half-elf or human) but any other sugestions (like tattoo or whatever) would be acceptable (i would like to see an artist's view on me so feel free to change my pic or not depending on your taste). I can only hope for now...

BTW do you prefer BG like portraits (ie the big and the small one being the same) or IWD (ie bigger version being the full body while the small one is a zoom on the character's face?)

This one is not really baldurized, just a transformation from a commoner to a dark pointear mage Just played around with photoshop based on the original photo but it is not near done.

There are others here more competent that could make you a real baldurization from scratch.

heh aye I made it around 2.00 at the night... The ears turned out ok I guess though the other parts turned into twisted insanity

Here's mine! Even though it looks more like a ranger to me v_v I've drawn a little familiar too
It's been fun and challenging, I think it's the first time I work on photos 'seriously'. I'm adding a bigger version too, just for fun

@ Flysoup would you be interested in doing a 'baldurization' of a photo of mine? ;-)

Epantiras that portrait rocks! The familiar is just fantastic! Silinde Ar-Feiniel I am sure that Yuwakusha will come through with a great baldurized portrait.

I am not a baldurizer portrait artist, more a comic artist as you all might know:) Hey Epantiras I can do a comic style baldurs gate portrait of you if you wish. Just send me a photo I could try one for you as well Silinde Ar-Feiniel.

Flysoup: I feel that hand should be larger. I presume he'd be holding it out in front of himself, so perspective would make it larger? Just how it seems to me.

You are right about that actually I must start to think before acting. I always rush into my illustrations but must learn to stop now and then and analyze what I am doing before I continue the illustration.

thanks the familiar was a last minute inclusion as I realized that the pic felt empty, I'm glad to know that you like it!

Here you are, a mixture of your Bg char, NWN 2 char and yourself Well tomorrow it is time to ink my Baldur's Gate page 15 and the colorwork the day after I guess. Good speed!

Glad you like it friend, yes indeed I aimed for the BG 2 style on my second Silinde portrait. He looks rather cool, maybe someone should make him into a playable character. I am even thinking of making myself into a joinable npc with 9 in all the stats

Flysoup thank you so much for your second try! But i'm still in love with Epantiras' portrait! (It's almost perfect for me!) If i could use your amazing work on ears and your skills in Baldurization on Epantiras portrait, that would be a super fusion! Anyway, i'm super happy for everything and of course, above all, for making new good friends!
