Can't talk to annah

Thank you, Qwinn!
Can you tell me what was the reason for my problem?
And when can I expect the first banter? When Annah join my party?

What this means is that if someone had wizzard's problem above, where a character had their dialogue set to their banter file permanently, the new banter tweak won't fix it. Oh well. It should hopefully stop the problem from happening in the first place, though, at least in new games or games where the problem hadn't started yet.
Oh, and yes, you won't see any banters at least till you have Annah in your party.
I'll reupload the tweak pack with the fixed version. Version 3.10.

Version 3.00 would have made her talk to you again, but then you would've probably had the other problems DH1980 had after that.
You can consider the file attached to post #8 to be a "cleaner" for this problem. Rename/backup your current PST-Tweak/banter/baf file. Extract the file in post #8 into that folder. Reinstall the banter tweak. Load a save game. After a moment, you should be able to talk to Grace again, though you also may get stuttering. Save that game. Delete the banter.baf you just installed, restore the original version I asked you to rename/backup, then reinstall the tweak pack again. Load up that save game, and see if the stuttering's gone.

I've done that, but alas, she still won't talk to me. I've tried using both the 3.00 and 3.10 versions of the tweak pack, but the problem still persists.dvn,

Edit: For clarification, my problem is with Fall-From-Grace.

You did all that and she won't talk to you? That's -really- bizarre. It may take a moment, but it should definitely set her dialogue file back to DGRACE, which is what was causing the problem.
Try moving to a new area after that, is the only thing I can suggest trying. If that doesn't work, I have -no- idea.
Are you sure the file from post #8 you're putting in place is at PST-Tweak/banter/baf/BANTER.BAF?

Yes, I'm sure it's the right file I'm using. I waited for two minutes in the entrance area in Curst, nothing. I then moved to the inner city area and again waited for two minutes, nothing."Rename/backup your current PST-Tweak/banter/baf file. Extract the file in post #8 into that folder. I did get a lot of stuttering though, but that was cleared by reversing the file placement and re-installing the tweak. The game still crashes when I try to open the dialogue window after attempting to speak to Grace.

If I change Fall-From-Grace's TALKED_TO variables for the other NPCs in a save via Near Infinity I can get her to initiate banters with other party member by trying to talk to her myself. That's all I can manage though, as she keeps just repeating the same banters after a while and doesn't talk to TNO.

Well, that utterly confirms that the problem is that her dialogue file is set to BGRACE, which is her banter file. What I can't figure out is why installing the file in post #8 isn't setting it back to DGRACE. Very weird.
Hm. Something just occurred to me. By chance, do you have the party AI turned off? If that is the case, then my fix in post #8 won't reset her dialogue file back.
Oh, and by the way:
The game still crashes when I try to open the dialogue window after attempting to speak to Grace.
Yes. That's going to happen if you use the button that opens the dialogue window. Not sure what causes that. Getting my fix working won't stop that right away. Just don't use that button for a while. It will eventually work itself out, probably by eventually scrolling whatever's causing it to crash off the top of the dialogue box.

I moved the original banter.baf to another location and extracted the one you uploaded here to its place, and then re-installed the banter tweak. Nothing.
I then proceeded to edit a new save game I dubbed "TEST 01" (same played time as my quicksave) so that I lowered Grace's used banters for each NPC by 1 in Near Infinity.
I repeated the file replacement and loaded the save. No changes. She just keeps in banter talk mode no matter what - I tried resting a few times and waiting for about 10 minutes, but no luck.
I'll attach my most recent save game (not edited with Near Infinity) here if you want to take a look at it:

I've tried it. And yeah, it's not resetting properly. Very strange. I'll continue to look into it.

Thanks. I'll postpone finishing this PS:T run until you can say for certain that it can't be fixed, or until a fix is found.Archmage,

Yup, I think I've got a fix. Back up your original BANTER.BAF. Install the attached file as "BANTER.BAF", reinstall the banter tweak, load up your broken game, wait a moment, talk to Grace. She should talk to you with her normal dialogue file. Save the game. Put the original BANTER.BAF back. Reinstall the banter tweak. Load up the save game. It -should- be okay at that point, let me know if it isn't.

Just wondering if you got to the root of this strange problem after all? I experienced the same thing but deleted the saves affected before having seen this topic, so unfortunately can't test the solution.
Will you be incorporating some kind of 'fix' for the next version release?
Cheers!
