Um.. I can't find her either. Do I need a reputation total to keep her in the party? Is she permanently gone?

Permanently gone, you need a pretty high rep (14 I think?) to keep Tashia when you reveal your Taint to her.

I think you have to just get up to 11 or 12, not 14.
