Pose and muscles from Diablo's Barbarian?
Nope, but that barbarian seem to be able to kick some ass as well.

I chose to do this so that there wont be any confusing between the old and newly crafted/edited comic pages.
Other than that thanks you all for the constructive criticism and the inspiring words. Hope to meet you all at the
new Bhaalspawn site. The comic wouldn't have developed to what it has if it wasn't from the aid of you all.
All the best and many thanks/

Ditto. I need to get a PDF of your comic, since I can't possibly catch up on all these pages since last I checked in here (no youtube here either ).I know I have been slightly absent as of late, but when I come back I am never dissappointed mr. flysoup.
Oh, and I think it should be "shoot" instead of "shot" in that last frame. Very nice art though.

Thanks for the grammatical correction, I'll change it right away Glad you still check by to read the comic. Maybe I should share PDF's including one chapter each. I am thinking of making a homepage for the comic but my skills in such a task is lacking for the moment.

Hehehe!, the murderfest is a really nice description of it all
And here is another character presentation:
Gorion, a skilled spellcaster and respected member of the Harpers. He lived in the library-fortress of Candlekeep but wasn't seen there often during his active adventuring days.
Gorion ended his adventuring days at an old age and settled down in Candlekeep raising a Bhaalspawn child. This child was saved by Gorion when the child was about to be sacrificed in a ritual within a temple of Bhaal. That child was Abdel Adrian.

These are some good pieces, flysoup.
Good job.
Thanks friend
Here is another character presentation:
Imoen was adopted by Gorion when she was about ten years old. Just like Abdel she was a Bhaalspawn but that wasn't revealed until a long time after Abdel found out about his heritage. Imoen preferred the company of the innkeeper named Winthrop. She was carefree in her nature and developed a habit of pickpocketing the guest's of the inn as well as from the monks in the citadel. There was another secret that came to light when Imoen traveled by Abdel's side.
She didn't only have the blood of Bhaal in common with Abdel, she was his sister as well.

Apart from weird look eyes, crap, why do I always look at eyes? she looks cool.
Maybe you are just a bit too influenced of the mangastyle including oversize psychedelic eyes
Just kidding, nothing personal about it. I am respecting an learning from all the styles.
And here is another character presentation, (yes with over-gunned biceps just as I wanted it to be.)
Sarevok was a mortal offspring of Bhaal. As a young child Sarevok was barely saved from a cult that was trying to sacrifice Bhaal children. The temple was attacked by the Harpers in the company of Gorion. Abdel was also about to be sacrificed in the same ritual. Abdel being a baby at that time was saved by Gorion but Sarevok a couple of years older wandered out on his own. He grew up as an urchin in the streets until he was adopted as Sarevok Anchev by Rieltar Anchev, the Baldur?s Gate regional leader of the merchant house called the Iron Throne. Rieltar had Sarevok?s foster mother strangled in front of him as Sarevok ran away. The hatred grew strong within the youngster from that day. His heritage of Bhaal took advantage of that and formed Sarevok into malicious man.
Eventually Sarevok found out about his heritage with the aid of Winski Perorate, Sarevok?s mentor who taught him "in the darkest of rituals" and helped orchestrate his intended rise to power as the new Lord of Murder. Later on he found out about the existence of his brother Abdel. Sarevok started a headhunt after Abdel hiring mercenaries in every corner of the realm with the mission to capture Abdel or eliminate him if necessary.
!!!Page 5-6 will soon be remade. Sarevok will be a bit younger fleeing the scene when his foster mother gets strangled by Rieltar Anchev!!!.

Great work flysoup! Sarevok seems a really tough guy! I like the tatoo over his face! Btw, I really love the way you did Gorion's expresion and hair/beard. Imoen reminds me for some unexplained reason the "Queen of swords" tarot card. lol I must have gone mad...
We all go mad now and then, we need it to know when we are not mad. Then again what is mad is relative.
Rainbow armour! Red, purple, gold reflections, I mean.
Gone is the rainbow armor. I edited the image using 'my' comic style without any references.

Montaron and Xzar both members of the Zhentarim was sent on the mission to find out who's to blame for the iron crisis, since their organization had been hanged out as a guilty part.
Rumors say that another reason for that the Zhentarim did chose to send Montaron and Xzar on the mission was in hope that they would kill eachother.
Montaron the sneaky fighter/rogue hated everything about Xzar, the wizard with a rather unstable mentality least to say.

Butterknife him, Monty! Butterknife HIM!
Slicing butter or Xzar, its all the same for Monty.
Uh! Did you change the coloring of Sarevok's arms as well? It looks more detailed now - I mean, I can see his muscles.
Yea I added some shadows to show the muscles. I haven't put too much effort in details in the comic since I don't believe in so many details in comics. It can be tiresome for the eye if all the panels are overloaded with details. In a single illustration it is different. Then we have the issue of real life not always giving you the time to stay several hours with a drawing.

Kivan hails from the forest of Shilmista, also known as the Forest of Shadows. Kivan and his loved one Deheriana was captured and tortured by a pack of brigands led by Tazok, the half-ogre. Deheriana was brutally killed by Tazok as Kivan who was tied up witnessed it all. Kivan managed to get free and started to travel the world driven by the darkest of obsessions, revenge.
(update, small edit to the face including: made the space between the eyes less wide and made the face a little thinner than the previous. Still a bit to wide face if compared to the original portrait. But hey these are the characters for the comic and besides Bg1 and Bg2 has totally different portraits on many characters.) I am taking a artistic freedom to change them a bit so they work in a comic style but am trying to keep close to the ones we know.
