The problem in the preceding post has been fixed. Version 1.01 is now available for download. If you're using the 4CD version, it is unnecessary to update. If you have the 2CD version, version 1.01 is required, version 1.00 won't install for you.

I confirm that everything installed smoothly on 2CD version.
After you create a "cache" folder in the game folder.

To any who arrive at this thread, be aware the Tweak Pack has already had an update to version 2.0, adding seven new tweaks. Came out too soon after the initial release to merit another news item, but just letting you know so you're aware, in case you're finding out about these mods through a link to this page from the original news feed
