Yeah, i had some errors like that (i can't recall exactly the message, but it was in spellcaster battles).
I enabled pause when spell cast and some others (the pseudo turn based mode, but not every round).

It didn't happen again.

*shrug*

This was not like most errors that are due to animations - i checked with the miloch area tool the spawns.

Maybe it's a "invisible creature" spawned by script?

Anyway, i couldn't find the cause either.

I always get it in combat, too. I thought it might be related to an animation issue like having an item equipped in the wrong slot or some such, but it could be script-related as you say. I asked because I get that exact error line (7182) repeated. Is there a way to search for the cause? Error message isn't too informative, and there doesn't seem to be an actual .cpp file (that I can find, anyway).

I don't have a modded game at the moment, but if you do, you could try to enable all the logging options in TobEx_ini\TobExCore.ini [Debug] except Log File Mode, Restore Extra Combat Info Text, and maybe Verbose Logging (then again, maybe not)

Read the Debug section of the TobEx_ini.txt in the dir to find out what they do if you want to turn off more options for readability.

If fact, if you have a handy save (say 3 seconds before a assured crash), along with your weidu log it would be most valuable to debug the thing.
Though that's maybe impossible since you can't save in combat i think.

If you have soulafein installed you can try to use his "solo auto buff AI script" to try to force the crash.
Fill a party with highlevel spellcasters, memorize a lot of buffs and cast them all in combat. Since it uses improved alacrity to cast them all in one turn, it should nicely stress the game. Though it is probably useless if people have been having it without spellcasting too.

Thanks, I'll give those a try when I can (got a HD crash and have to reinstall everything again).
