Help w/ Oblivion Mods e.g FCOM, Seph's Mods and Enviornmental Pack

I purchased Oblivion for the PC to enjoy Mods that I was unable to access on the Xbox 360 version of Oblivion. These mods are FCOM, Seph's (H2h, Dual wield Stance, Duel wield beta, Animations, True Acrobatics and Get Up Animation Replacer), Maddog's Fantasy Mod, and basically majority of the other environmental enhancements that improve the look of Oblivion and character appearance for my male character.
As you might know, FCOM is very long and tedious to install so I chose to use this (if its on this list...chances are I installed it and read the read me's) as a cheat sheet, but even tho I followed the LONG monotonous list of installations I'm still coming up short of what I'm trying to accomplish.
When attempting to create a character I now notice that no new hairstyles are present, the default hairstyles and eyes for Redguards and Kahjiits are no longer present, when I load a game during play I get CTDs and the opening cinema when beginning a new game is also laggy and clips. Just imagine how bad the rest of the game prolly is...
I checked bash, but it shows no signs of any errors, but when I check TES4view I see that there are some files that are showing up red. I have no clue what's what in TES4view so I decided to accept the fact that I know my limits and I know that I need help.
So, to sum this all up I want to be able to use the mods I previously mentioned more then anything else and I'd rather not want to reinstall a whole truck load of them again for the 5th-6th consecutive time. I'd just like to know how to post my load order on here, what I'm doing wrong and how to fix this. Then I can finally resolve my issue so I can play the game and enjoy my mods.

make sure to use the bash mod-grouping features it makes it way easier and I seem to recall that htere's also a FCOM helper available on TESNexus
posting load order: rightclick on the file header and select list mods, this creates a list that you can copy onto notepad,
put it in a codebox to make the post a bit easier to read
for hair and eyes put this in the description of mods that change hair or eyes {{BASH:Hair}} {{BASH:Eyes}} if there's a mod that modifies more than one you can use one tag {{BASH:Hair,Eyes}}

I assume you're using roberts and some kind of female body replacer just tag them with {{BASH:Body-M}} for male and {{BASH:Body-F}} for female.
Use the replacer tab in Bash for your texture replacer or if that's too late make sure to look up the Archive invalidation problems and follow the instructions that they give ( IIRC there's an Archive problem with some of the items from Frans)
but basically FCOM is not recommended if you don't have some experience in Wrye-bash and installing and trouble shooting mods in general. do try to get it working because it is worth the trouble

I basically know how to Bash a patch, reorder mods, change a description, install a omod (not sure how to create one tho), install a 7-zip, setup archive invalidation on OBMM, activate mods on BASH and OBMM, reorder mods and I actually do read the read me's. Still, w/ all this knowledge I'm still unable use my mods. Its frustrating to say the least.
I'm just sick and tired of reinstalling everything, over and over again. Takes me at least a week

a few things you need to do, Import the faces from TNR into the Bashed patch, TNR doesn't need to be active (same for TNR-SI), and I don't think you need TIEforMODS and TIEforOOO/FCOM IIRC the for mods replaces the forOOO/FCOM
if you cant activate ob with only FCOM active I'd say head over to the BGS-forums and ask in the FCOM thread, Dev_Akm and the rest of the FCOM team know a lot about this and might be able to point out the culprit(s) for you easier than I can and that forum sees way more Oblivion traffic than this one
