They still follow definitions of the living not the dead. They are simply re-born. Incarnation and all that They are not dead, and the Elves are very free in how they help the court. Not all of them are at this place. The Plane of Arborea is more than just the palace where Correlon and the other Elven gods live. Would be very small place otherwise
