Well here we go again. Finally got Northern Citadel to work by using Melkor's advice (remove .cre). Now when I am in main floor of citadel, after talking to Satos, I try to go through the three doors west, north, and east. West and North cause a ctd. Going east is ok, and can talk to priest about Avery etc. I don't know the area code for these other areas, but doubt clua would work. Probably messed up creature files again?

Thanks E. Started going through the areas (32-36PB) .cres and adding them in. Ended up copying NTHASTEN.cre to override from NToTSC folder for AR35PB, and NTMONKD2.cre and NTPIQUE.cre for AR36PB. Then it worked fine. Maybe Nythrun fix misfire?

Yep it is unfortunately but they "should" be the last ones ... i'm in 2nd part of Bonehill right now, so far no other .cre messed up :-)

Just finished up the Northern Citadel, and moving on to the Northern Coast now. Citadel is playable and understandable now.

Yep. As far as I can see, it's not worth installing the .cre portion of the Nythrun fix. It seems to work OK for making sure the .itm files use the proper effects, but it's not worth all the CTD's from the screwed up .cre's from re-ordering their attributes. I'd rather have a .cre that lists the .itm's it carries at the end of the file, but works, than a .cre that crashes the game. I think you'll find the PGOND.cre in the High Hall of Wonders is screwed up too.

Oh yeah, forgot about that Gond one. Thats in the building on the right, correct? Running away from the guards I tried to go into that building, when it crashed I left from the other side.

Can you split up the Nythrun to just fix items and spells? I thought it just installed everything.

Yep i agree ... it doesn't worth honestly, at least the CTD (so far ... i'm in Bonehill part 2) are not so many :-)
