When I was kicking her from the party, at first had two options, yes I'm sure you need to leave and the other no, I've changed my mind, instead of saying yes I am sure so the option to send her to the gov't district showed, I was backing off, afraid I'd mess the whole thing up and NEVER see her again
This time just decided to see 'what would happen and there was the option to send her to the right place. So sorry, just haven't played in so long, sometimes I get confused.
