I have been playing Baldur's Gate since its original release. I have played various mods (items, class, npcs, total conversions, etc). On more forums than I care to count there are lists of recommended mods and the order. All of which seem to contradict one another. I have over 6 GB of files.
What I want to do is play the games from BG1 to TOB. I want to use as many mods as I can with maximum playability. I have now completed an install of BG1, ToSC, BG2:SoA and BG2:ToB. I have applied the patches (btw, is the beta patch for ToB recommended?). I have added nothing else. What are the suggestions? (NOTE: If version numbers are important, please state them.)

Well perhaps you are in the wrong part of the forum then. Here, for the first aid... more specifically help for Big World Project.

By the way, never ever use the v26499beta patch, it's pure horror it does to your computer.

Thank you so much. I had seen the Big World, but not really "SEEN" it. It sounds like what I am looking for.

I will delete and never use the Beta fix. I had never installed it always being leery of "beta" fixes.
