I'm getting a crash when i try to enter hrothgar's cabin at the beginning of the nej mod. Since he is crucial in order to be able to advance to icewind dale i'm not quite sure what to do. This is the second install of the BWP, so I'm guessing that there is a corrupt file in the installation. I was wondering if someone who has a perfect version of NEJ might be able to post all applicable files so that i can get the area working properly or at least make a suggestion.

Thanks

Hello Chevalier,

if you found a solution, please let us know, where the problem lies. Thank you.
Is it an older problem or a new one?

Greetings Leomar

I believe if it is crashing on loading they have a corrupted or missing file. Did both player biff there override folder? leaving for work, I will check back later.

So it can be that the missing file is just in wrong format as it's biffed twice(the NEJ2 does it first, and then the End_biff) and there is no backup because of the End_biff deletes it.

Look for a backup version of TT1004.tis. See if putting it in your override folder fixes it.

Also, maybe check for a backup area in your files for the area in question. Also you may try to drop the area file from the NeJ files. Also I found a backup copy of AR9200( I had a crash) in the file for this
~UNIQUEARTIFACTS/SETUP-UNIQUEARTIFACTS.TP2~ #0 #2 // Unique Artifacts v1.12 -> Expanded

The ambients got wiped out and may produce a load failure, so you might find a backup there as well.

Mid Bif is 561 MB

End Bif is 204 MB

Total of Bifs is 8.28 GB

P.S. Hellscream's bug was fixed with my copy of TT1004.tis.
