These are all 25% health. My personal favourite is Keldorn. Yeh, we noticed Haer'Dalis was purple.

You asked how come I didn`t choose to include Ana`s portraits; Ana rocks and I do like her work very much, however there are many reasons, the most important ones being:
1. Due to too much blood and such, the small versions of the portraits are (almost) unrecognizable when at less than 25% health, with the red tint on them and all.
2. I didn`t want to go overboard with the mutilations.
3. I know Ana`s busy with plenty of other things, including RL, so I didn`t want to bother her with these - she was very nice about it when we asked permission though and she did offer to help, but I thought I shouldn`t push her with this.
4. I wanted to make a mod already! Been involved with IE for too many years without really creating anything useful.
5. As you mentioned, consistency issues. The ones I made are quite different and that fact would have been glaringly obvious in-game as well.

You thought so? I thought they looked alright, but hey.1. Due to too much blood and such, the small versions of the portraits are (almost) unrecognizable when at less than 25% health, with the red tint on them and all.
I always kind of thought the overboardness was part of the charm. It's fun in the same way as watching the 300 is fun. I'm not sure anybody's going to take this mod that seriously.2. I didn`t want to go overboard with the mutilations.
Well, Ana, if you ever feel the urge to bloody up some more NPCs...!3. I know Ana`s busy with plenty of other things, including RL, so I didn`t want to bother her with these - she was very nice about it when we asked permission though and she did offer to help, but I thought I shouldn`t push her with this.
Heh, yes, I definitely hear you here, and I'll say "good work!" again. NPC Damage was very much my Duke Nukem Forever.4. I wanted to make a mod already!
I think both sets are excellent edits. If Ana ever finishes hers I'd be very interested to see them as alternatives.5. As you mentioned, consistency issues. The ones I made are quite different and that fact would have been glaringly obvious in-game as well.

You`re most likely right about most folks taking this mod seriously, I mean I probably wouldn`t even install it myself, but I`m sure there are people interested in it.
Well said, well said.I think both sets are excellent edits. If Ana ever finishes hers I'd be very interested to see them as alternatives.

I don't know about that. Kulyok has already given the go-ahead for Xan and Tiax, I've already sent in a pic for an upcoming mod and promised to send Gavin's pic if it ever expands to BG1 or when Gavin for BG2 nears completion, and by JC's own words, Kelsey and Keto are fair game. I could easily see other modders electing to participate. You're pretty much out of luck. Now we just need the multitude of mod NPC's pics added.

The artwork is terrific but Minsc is like a drinking buddy and I love all the girls who've been mutilated. I fear they may look like this after I've mismanaged them through some battles but I'd rather not see them like that. It would make me feel guilty. I'll see them after they've cast a few healing spells. I'm a sissy.
See, it helps not to believe all the stuff that philosophers spout.
