Strange clipping bug, can't get through open door

I am currently on the Slaver ship mission and there is a door that has the last slave kid that will finish off the quest, however I can't get through the door. Yes I have the key and the door is open for for some reason the characters won't go through it. I don't think this is a mod problem but a qierd glitch that just happens sometimes. I can't seem to find anything about it and I am sure I had to deal with this once before and I haven't played in so long I have forgotten what it was that I did.

The first slave pen room that has two trolls in it, I killed the trolls from outside with arrows and some acid/fire spells. I rested to get rid of the bodies but still couldn't get through I ended up having to use the Ctrl+J cheat to warp in there and talk to the girl and warp out.

Yeah it bugged for me once too, nothing really to do, sometimes the creature dies but leaves the block.
