In the readme you have the section:

"Notes on flirting with Sebastian:
You can choose "flirt with" irrespective of race or gender. If the number of flirts he has accepted gets high enough, your Bioware loved one will object. Under certain circumstances, you can choose to try to take your relationship with Sebastian further."

When is that the 'taking the relationship further' happens or triggers? In my current game, FHLSEBFLIRT is at 24, and FHLSEBLIKE is at 13. Jaheira is in the party and has objected but my PC has already told her he is not interested in her.

As for the Luxleys and Xavier, Lyel has turned up a second time and Sebastian told him to get lost, so to speak.

Wow, he likes you a lot! You must have had more patience with him than I normally exercise. Basically there's a choice you're going to have to make later in the quest, with two separate paths, and doing the more morally questionable one results in being able to take things further with Sebastian. If you do that, you'll be able to let him know that you're interested via player-initiated dialogue. You're well on the way, though - FHLSebFlirt has to be at 20 to get the, ahem, most advanced material. Good luck!

I haven't got that far because I've had to make a brand new install AGAIN and just got the lovely boys into my party. Soooo on this line there will be penalties if you flirt with both boys? I mean should I just choose Sebastian and try to get my flirt on high with him? I don't want to screw things up as I have a gift of doing just that quite often!

There aren't penalties if you flirt with both - Andrei will comment if FHLAndFlirt gets high enough, and if you've got a romantic interest in the party they'll comment if FHLSebFlirt gets high enough. Otherwise there aren't any problems.

How do you get out of the estate if you do kill Xavier? I haven't been able to work it out. Lyel is nowhere to be found and when I try to click-talk Josefyne it says she has nothing to say.

Hmm, that's not good - Josefyne's meant to send you back. Could you save after killing Xavier and send the savegame over to us?

I think I know what's wrong - try using the console to SetGlobal("FHLKillXavier","GLOBAL",1).

I am now in the same spot. I kill Xavier and (sob!) Andrei and go downstairs and nothing happens. I did the console thing and still nothing. I don't know what to do.

Edit - if I kill them downstairs by inciting violence still nothing happens and Josephyne has nothing to say.

Could you email/attach here a zip of your savegame before you have the conversation with Xavier? I've been trying to work out what's going on, but that sequence works fine in my game so I don't know what I need to poke around with.
