Hey guys, first thanks for any help you can give me . I've stumbled across a very weird bug, I first went to the GY disctrict at night and everything was alright, but when I came back to finish the little ghost bear quest I got a CTD. I can go to the GY at day but when I rest until nightfall I get a crash, I think is an animation problem because I see the screen for a seg and then I get the crash.
Also most of the magic items seem to have wrong text, like the description of another item or a npc dialog, this isn't gamebreaking but I would like to know how to fix or what mod is making this.
I'm lost at what to do to fix it, so here is my weidu log.

Thanks, The Raven.

I'm confused. what are all these question marks in weidu.log?
I can't read the descriptions of each component.

You went there at night and all was well, and then you went back at night and got a CTD? Were these the same nights, or different nights?

The reason I ask is that you've got a lot of mods installed, and obvious reinstallation issues, as I can see from all the ?'s.

You've got Fading Promises that adds a night-time encounter to the Graveyard district, but I'm reluctant to blame that when I see an installation where so many things have been reinstalled. It wouldn't be the first time the practice has resulted in some mangled scripts. I've seen multiple NPC spawns on reinstalls, and have scripts get messed up in my own game after reinstalling a mod.

Does this CTD recurr, or was it just the once? If it recurrs, especially on a clean install, please follow up.

I found out that I got all the ???? in my log after deleting all the setup.exe, .tp2 and all the mod folders, and I never reinstalled anything here, this is a clean install.
The CTD happens everytime I try to enter the graveyard Disctric at night , I might add that this is the first time I use Fading Promises and that I never found anything new in the graveyard.

I'm going to try a full reinstall and I wont delete the setup.exe, .tps and all the mod folders this time, I only keep the few ones I need after reading a guide that said it was ok to save space.

If you're going for a fresh installation, why don't you try a fresh download of Fading Promises, too. It is unusual for mods to be corrupted during download, but it does happen. The graveyard script was tested extensively on a number of installs without causing trouble.

If problems persist, send the savegame, debug, and weidu log to the address in the readme.

Cool. Let me know how you make out, one way or another.

By the way, I have often noticed that I get more frequent CTDs when I load up my override with many mods. It's probably the strain of too many files to check. I noticed that scripts and effects that ran flawlessly on a more modest installation were suddenly causing all kinds of problems when I added more mods, including CTDs and lag. Biffing the override was the solution there, but it caused other problems. I could no longer modify my installation at all without restoring backups of the override folder and chitin.key.
