Makes me proud to have started this post... Looks like it saved a few people the hassle.

I still find this problem strange though - even though my game got back on track thanks to Nix's advice - but there definatly seems to be a problem with the whole Latimer concept. Hope someone can find a way to fix it permenantly so to save other people the trouble of joining this thread.

Oh, and still a great mod.

Figured out the problem - thankyou to everyone who's reported it. If you're confident about editing dialogue files (and it isn't that hard) I think going through the file FHBryce and finding and replacing "NathRomanceActive","GLOBAL",1 with "NathRomanceActive","GLOBAL",4 should fix it. I haven't tested that workaround yet, and there are other things that need fixing, so it'll be a short while before a new version is up.

(or you could import a game and play the ToB edition, it's a lot more stable )

I'm playing the most recent edition for this mod (and I love it btw), but this is happening to me as well. I'm going to go try the fix that was suggested, but I thought I'd let you know that it's still doing it, even in this edition. ^^

PS. How do you edit the code? You mean the fhbryce.cre file right? I'm not sure how to open the file so I can edit the code. :/ Help? ^^

I'm playing with 4.2 and I got Bryce all right but after the I love you's were said the romance stayed at 1, was it supposed to change there or did I jump the gun by using the CLUA cheat to change it?

Hmm, that was meant to be fixed in the current version. Could you attach your WeiDU log and send your savegame to feuille_sakaki@spellholdstudios.net?

No, NathRomanceActive is meant to be at 1 at that point - it'll switch later.

Sent! I think I sent the right save file... Unfortunately it looks like I saved over all the files from earlier so I only had files that were after I used the "cluaconsole" fix. If that doesn't help, I'm sure I'll play the mod again and I'll send the save game when I do.

My, I just had the exact same problem! No more lovetalks after that, romance is set to 4, and Latimer never spawns. I am glad it is a common problem. Will try to fix tonight. Thanks!

Are you guys sure you have the latest version? I thought the no-Latimer problem had been fixed in the most recent version.
