Which lady? Markessa?(The female elf ) or Chaarna(The human wizard)? There was some trouble if you had Markessa in your group but I believe it was fixed. Are you playing 0.45? The easy solution is not to lead her out. (leaving her won't affect the plot in anyway.)
Yes Markessa, you were right when I didn;t take her everything seemed fine. I completed the slavers island (I think, all the doors were no longer usable and the only thing I could do was use the ship which took me to a blank city area where I can walk on anything (no paramaters set for sea, building height etc) I take it that is the end of the story so far?

Oh and I hope in the next set I won't get all of my carefully collected loot nabbed for a third time!

I first would like to say that this mod looks great. I have just started playing it. After finishing A huge Mega install and playing it to the end, I did promiss myself No more BG, but here I am again after a year!
I would like to mention that I'm seeing some graphic oddities:
-in the animations: butterflies, birds...roam within a black square, the NPCs are ok.
- some blinking pixels on the starting area
- the mini-Village map has a problem with the fog of war: it is not dissipating in the areas I have visited and it is cleared out in places I have not been yet.
- in the character menu (character dolls), weapons are also encased in black squares.
This is nothing major of course, but I was just wondering it there glitches were common to the mod or something went wrong in my install.
The dialog started fine, a thief just joined my party and some quest are already logged in, so it seem that most of the important things are working fine.
I have a fresh SOA+TOB+patch 26498. CA is the only mod installed.
Thanks

I have never had the problem, but those sounds like a hardware/software compadability issue, as the butterflies birds, etc. are statistic animations that should be surrounded with the color (0,255,0) the transparent color, but the game sees them as (0,0,0) which is black. Based on that, could it be that you have only the 16bit colors(not 32 as I have), so software thinks it's black...- in the animations: butterflies, birds...roam within a black square, the NPCs are ok.
- some blinking pixels on the starting area
- in the character menu (character dolls), weapons are also encased in black squares.
Yes, the color numbers are probably wrong.

Definitely a graphics problem. You should be able to duplicate this problem in a normal SoA game without CA installed. Sounds like the BGConfig tool needs to be reconfigured.
I did a full uninstall/cleanup/reinstall and everything works peachy now. No idea what went wrong the first time.
This mod is EXCELLENT!. I'm starting Mistmoor manor now! Great cudos to you guys. There were moments where my wife was wondering why I was laughing my a**-off (I play with a headset)!: some of the NPC dialogues and speech is just hillarious! i don't remember them from BG2. Did you guys record new ones? (I've been know to leap in the arms of perfect strangers!). This is really really good work. I have noticed that you have also borrowed maps from Planescape torment and Diablo 2! Maybe you can also import some pretty maps from Atari's Temple of Elemental evil?
I have noticed a very minor bug: when using the Ranger tracking ability, the text is not right, as if 2 sentences are encapsulated within each other. It goes something like this: From the markings of the ground The tracks on the ground reveal that there are orcs or whatever in the area in the area. The sentence in the middle is right but it seems that the beginning and the end are some legacy script that was not cleaned up (always the same).
Cheers

I have started to run into some bugs in Mistmoor manor. Some of them where already mentioned in previous posts. I'm just confirming them. My built is a CA 0.45 (full download, not upgrade) on a clear SOA+TOB+patch.
1/ I found the Lord's skull and Talk to dead scroll, but when casting it, he appears then disappears within a second. I had to reload and pause just after he appeared, than forced dialog with him. The rest of the dialog goes fine and he provides the 2 passwords to the mirror.
2/ I danced with one of the ghost girls but could not find her later when she told me to meet her in the loft. (by the way where is the loft? upper room or entry room?) I roamed up and down the manor and heard a ghostly voice when I went down to the entrance lobby but no trace of the ghost girl. I did find a girl by the well outside. Also i did find the dead body of the mother of the 3 girls but I can't seem to find a use for it (tried to resurrect it...)
3/ once I went in the mirror and battled the bad guy, I could not come back. After using the password for the return, the text on the mirror says something like "you are being sucked in" but nothing happens (no map transition like in the first mirror travel). I had to CLUAconsole my way out of there.
4/ After coming back through the mirror, the young Mistmoor lord thanks me and tells me to come see him at his house later for a reward, then leaves my party. But as soon as the character leaves, he initiates the dialog for rejoining the party. Regardless of what option is chosen, he then vanishes.
5/ When visiting the young Mistmoor lord for the reward, he was first non responsive (could not clik on him). I had to force dialog with him and then he starts the "coming back into party" dialog. No mention of the rewards.
6/ I remember the bard/ghost mentioning something about needing an item from the treasure. When I go meet her at the inn, she does not talk about that, just start the "add to party" dialog. did I miss something? (The cleric friend of the young Mistmoor lord is in my party).
Thanks for the clarifications.

It might be the roof, and and if I am right she should tell you to come at night... I could be way off. The mothers body needs to be blessed, so no resurrection gona help...by the way where is the loft?
There are resetted maps from ToEE too!Maybe you can also import some pretty maps from Atari's Temple of Elemental evil?

Think "hay loft".2/ I danced with one of the ghost girls but could not find her later when she told me to meet her in the loft. (by the way where is the loft? upper room or entry room?)...

That should have been working as of this version...1/ I found the Lord's skull and Talk to dead scroll, but when casting it, he appears then disappears within a second. I had to reload and pause just after he appeared, than forced dialog with him. The rest of the dialog goes fine and he provides the 2 passwords to the mirror.
A loft is an upstairs barn area (a hay loft). So it is in the small building past the well. The body is of their aunt, not the mother. Take her to the priest in town. Check the book in the library, it will ask you to do this.2/ I danced with one of the ghost girls but could not find her later when she told me to meet her in the loft.
Can anyone duplicate this? It sounds like the script here isn't working.3/ once I went in the mirror and battled the bad guy, I could not come back. After using the password for the return, the text on the mirror says something like "you are being sucked in" but nothing happens (no map transition like in the first mirror travel). I had to CLUAconsole my way out of there.
I haven't seen that bug in months. Okay, somehow I brought it back.4/ After coming back through the mirror, the young Mistmoor lord thanks me and tells me to come see him at his house later for a reward, then leaves my party.
That is wishful thinking on her part. There is nothing in the vault that will help her. Actually, once Rilithar's reward dialog works for you, he will say this if she is in the party. Otherwise, it doesn't get explained, that I can think of.6/ I remember the bard/ghost mentioning something about needing an item from the treasure. When I go meet her at the inn, she does not talk about that, just start the "add to party" dialog. did I miss something? (The cleric friend of the young Mistmoor lord is in my party).

once Rilithar's reward dialog works for you...
Any suggestions of how to make it work? variables to tweak?
Meanwhile, I'll restart the Mistmoor quest from before entering the castle, just in case something misfired in my current gameplay, and snowballed to these present problems I'm running into.
thanks
**ADDED**
nop, gone through the manor a second time and same issues appear again. However this time, the young mistmoor lord does not want to rejoin my party immediately after coming back (CLUAconsole) from the mirror. And no rewards afterwards, he just initiates the "join party dialog".

The bug is in the script for the mirror when heading back from the vault. From the vault, use the CLUA console to enter the following command:
SetGlobal("TCMMMirrorTransfer","MM0215",1)
The script was referencing the old area name, not the revised area name. This should allow the mirror to transfer you back to the manor. From this point, I am not sure what problems you may still have with Rilithar. The above problem shouldn't have anything to do with him, so I will assume his dialog is still buggy. However, please try it and see.

Ok, your suggestion solved the "return to Mistmoor manor" issue with the mirror.
However, once back to the other side, Rilithar still leaves the party with a notification of meeting him later for a reward, but only initiates the "join the party" dialog when I enter his house. Something is still not right. sorry!

Ah, did you try to rest at the inn and go back to get the reward later, as I think there is a time delay...However, once back to the other side, Rilithar still leaves the party with a notification of meeting him later for a reward, but only initiates the "join the party" dialog when I enter his house. Something is still not right. sorry!
