She looks like one of my former characters but this time I used a GoGo Yubari googled pic from Kill Bill.

Notice the lower eyelashes. Though they look faint perhaps I can reverse their direction and thicken them for a more realistic effect.

I googled some lashes off the internet and cut and pasted them onto the flat mapped face before converting to a .dds file. Not too shabby for a first attempt. The crooked ends can be fixed with the proper curving tecnique next time, and I can probably do upper lashes too. This could take me in a new direction not only in lashes but other effects.
