Oh, that first one is perfect!

Just something I noticed when I had a go at the "hooded Dynaheir" portrait with your PSP script. We wouldn't want her mistaken for a Red Wizard! :o Maybe make her cloak and hood a dark (blue-greyish) purple (her major and minor colours by default). I do this in PSP by drawing a selection mask around the garment (or using the magic wand to do it), and then doing a Hue Map change on just the particular colour(s) to shift. Sometimes just a Colorize works for smaller stuff. My "drow-orc" portrait was done almost entirely this way - maybe you have better techniques though.

While we're at it, we can probably make her armour under the cloak a darker or lighter shade of purple so it looks more like clothing. Or if you just make it skin-toned and give her some cleavage, you probably won't hear too many complaints from me either, heh. And perhaps give her an amulet the likes of what's in her default portrait. Though the rest of the jewelry is a bit too ostentatious for her IMO. Plus it's kinda hard to explain how the gnolls didn't filch all that off her (but maybe she kept a special piece or two safe). The amulet could probably pass for a cloak brooch rather than the ties that are there now.

Is this how you were getting the Time Bandits stuff? I could use better images from that one. Just for fun, can you get a cap of David Warner for me?

I can probably do some sampling now, if you're still working on these.

And hopefully, you are still working on these. There are some really good portraits here. If nothing else, I hope you'll finish up what you have in progress and package it as a mod. I'll offer to help with the latter if no one else has (and I'm sure they have).

Apologies for the resurrection, but wow! 0_0 *jaw drops*. I just opened your first few pics of Aerie and Anomen, and I think I'll definitely use them in my next BGII run through! You've got a great mix of the 'Baldurised' feel in your portraits... and damn, they're also just pretty.

Through lightning, travel shadow,
Through hell and all above,
Surviving sword and arrow,
Bound stronger by the love

And in the end a witness,
To where the death has lain,
Silent through the sorrow,
Where innocents lie slain

I really like your portaits, Amaurea. One day, the whole world will celebrate your name!

(Uhm... Where are my psychopharmacology drugs? Damn...)

*Ahem* Halle Berry as Tempest in X-Men cuold be great for Viconia, in my opinion.

I don't think she's a popular choice, Giuseppe, but I couldn't agree more, and she's most definitely who I will be doing for Viccy. Yes, I will eventually do more of these, but I'm trying to learn how to code right now, so when I'm done with a project or two I have in the works with that, I'll be back to making the movie portraits.

Thanks for your kind words!

You're welcome!

I see. I post my last suggestions, then.

For Imoen, Alyson Hannigan in "Buffy" is another option: http://www.hanniganfans.com/

For Edwin, see this link:

or this:

It is Kevin Smith, the actor who plays Mars in "Xena". With a few changes and a red robe, it could be great for our Edwin.

For Jaheira, Natalie Portman in "V for Vendetta" (incidentally, I really like this film).
Of course, when her head is not shaven :)

For Cernd, Daniel Day Lewis in "The Last of the Mohicans" is perfect (although I can't find a better image):

Good luck for your projects!

I have to agree with the Willow for Imoen. Excellent.

Great ideas everyone. But I've been using the Allison Hannigan one for Immy for ages. I just forget where I got it from. Someone put a necklace on it. Does anyone know the one I mean?

Link. You surely mean the 3 one from the left, right?

Yep, that's the one, thanks! I haven't looked back since using that one. It's fantastic, imo. But another variation couldn't hurt. Allison really has the essence of Imoen, imo.

The second one looks like it might be her too. Or is that just Immy's face?

That's true, but a portait made by MY Amaurea has no comparison! :coolthumb:
