Ascension64, while playing BGT i notice that many NPCs in different areas (like chase at east of candlekeep or kivan at high hedge or ajantis at North of Friendly Arm Inn) they are difficult to spot if you don't know in which place they are sitting. In BG1 is easier to spot them because every NPC has around him a blue circle. In BG2 there is no such thing. Would it be easier if you make some npc that they are hard to spot, when they see player to initiate dialog??

Yes, in the gameplay options, turn the Locator Feedback all the way up. I know that a few bartenders in Beregost tend to hide behind walls, and at some stage, some people reported them 'missing'.
