Well, I captured the dragon, OK. (Thaks to Azazello's fix and Gilqamesh's patch.)
And now, my cadderly has nothing to say!!
1. I opened his cadder2.DLG and found that Global("CaptiHep","RR3801",2) triggers "Excellent! Tell me when you want to return to the Spirit Soaring" and <SetGlobal("CaptiHep","RR3801",3)>.
2. I had no such things on me so I edited my savegame file. ==> didn't work
3. I opened cadder2.BCS and found many "AR3801" things insted of "RR3801"
So I fixed them all.
It also had lines as
ActionOverride(Player1,LeaveAreaLUA("ar3702","",[1379.893],10))
ActionOverride(Player2,LeaveAreaLUA("ar3702","",[1301.758],12))
ActionOverride(Player3,LeaveAreaLUA("ar3702","",[1578.836],4))
ActionOverride(Player4,LeaveAreaLUA("ar3702","",[1412.846],10))
ActionOverride(Player5,LeaveAreaLUA("ar3702","",[1386.756],13))
ActionOverride(Player6,LeaveAreaLUA("ar3702","",[1521.790],3))
I changed "ar 3702" into "rr3702"

5. I did MoveToArea and found cadderly RR3702
6. editied GLOBAL "CaptiHep" and "RR3801" into "4"
7. Now he says he had done all he could. (I hope I passed the ordeal.)

A: No.5,6 only is enough to fix the problem and let me proceed?
B: Since Brother Martin has disapeared in Brynnlow, I had to do MoveToArea.
Of course I can go back to Brynnlow the same way.
But is it OK that I don't CreateCreature him at SS?
