Which route did you take to get to the Assylum, talking to Desharik or taking Perth the Adept's wardstone?
I just went to Desharik and pretended to be insane. Seemed right to me since im playing a CE Wizard. Does the path you take make a difference with the MegaMod?

When you first meet Imoen, she's quite mad. It's easy to overlook this if you take the Perth the Adept route, because you don't get much chance to talk to her. When go by way of Desharik, however, you have much more opportunity to talk to the inmates.
Has Jon Irenicus appeared yet to capture the party? After the Imoen dream, when you go down into the labyrinth, she should be recruitable.

It makes a difference in vanilla BG2.

Yes thats what i mean, she disapears from the game after you talk to her and shes insane. She never appeared in the Spellhold Maze like shes suppose to, and i've not seen her since.

Actually I noticed that after the Bodhi speech all my party gets quest experience and Imoen(7th member ) as well even though she isn't in the party and nowhere around to be seen.Tried checking around with true sight spells but nothing.Tried also going there with 5 members in the party in case that caused her not to spawn but same thing happened.Tried getting in Spellhold from both routes as well but also nothing.Any ideas what might be happening? Or an easy way to resolve this?

After landing in spellhold maze, the not present Imoen gets 1,525,000 xp, but is nowhere to be found. (She is supposed to be on or near the stairs right?)
If it matters- I had her in the BG1 party on transfer to BG2 (BGT). In Chateau Irenicus she ran off after a lot o damage (the BGT Imoen). Outside in promenade was the vanilla Imoen who dissapeared with Irenicus. Then in Spellhold it was the vanilla Imoen (you can tell by her outfit). Then she is missing in the Maze (tried true sight, detect alignment, etc.)
Also, I have killed Perth the Adept, got wardstone, then talked with Pirate Lord Desharik to get to Spellhold.

If she was not present at the exit of AR0603 (you can kick her out of the party for room for other NPC's) then she might not get to the area in Spellhold. If you kicked her out she will find her own way to Waukeen's and the globals will still change.
I am not sure about this scenario. In Chateau Irenicus she ran off after a lot o damage (the BGT Imoen)
I think we need more help from the BGT end as to how the imported Imoen acts in this situation.
Good Luck!
