I recently went on the quest to recover Cernd's son with nathaniel in my party. We went into the Deril estate and confronted him about the kid and cern'd wife. as per normal, Deril attacked us with his guest (who looks suspiciously like a lich) watching. We put the smackdown on deril, and the lich said that we can go. Normally, he then dimension doors away and it goes into a dialogue with cernd, who then runs off to the druid grove.

BUT: after the lich has his say, Thaniel interjects with a comment, and the dimension door animatic comes up over where he is standing (though he doesnt disappear thankfully). The lich remains standing there, Cernd doesnt say anything, and three fifths of bu**er-all happens.

It doesnt screw up the game at all, but it gives no real sense of closure. I dont have any other mods installed(just the fixpacks to run Nathaniel). cause really, Thaniel is all i need.

Also, my game keeps crashing when i go to the city gates area. i dont know if its related to having Nathaniel: i was able to go there the first time with Thaniel, but not any more.

Apart from the above, I am extremely pleased with Thaniel and his romance. he's so cute
