I dunno which mod caused this, but because of Duergar 'enlargement' and their changed equipment, they've got stones to throw and that kind of stuff, but they dont have acorns for Dryads in Irenicus Underground Chapter 1 from BG2. Any clue where can I find it or which console command can spawn them to my inventory?

It's propably Check the Bodies. You'll find Illych on the next level, near the very end of dungeon. Then you can kill him and get acorns.

Anyway, the OP has found himself the solution long time ago.
