Oh, the few places that are big enough to be divided in to wards like athkatla I plan to solve by making a slightly enlarged offshoot which will eventually have a rough sketch of the ward outlines.

Unfortunately, I do not understand the entire cramming stuff. I think you did not entirely finished a sentence for you started a new one, but if I get it; I don't mind a little smaller images for cities, after all. They are quite large now and a bit smaller won't hurt.
Comment; I don't know why exactly, but for instance the name "Forest of Sharp Teeth" is not as easy seen as "The Forest of Tethyr", thus I think it would be better to 'lift' them out a bit, i.e. via writing the name on a parchement scroll.

Another progress update. You get the idea about the handfull of huge cities being enlarged cos they could in theory be made of several areas like bg2's athkatla. Couldn't be assed to make these myself of course so modded n re textured etc ones from existing games or web sources
Probably do this for luskan and ten towns too n that will wrap this map up

I think this wraps this little art project up for now. Not much use without a new icon bam n so on but I'll get round to that l8r.

Hmmm, I like how you've added all those little details here and there, really does bring the map alive, so to speak.

It's really beautifull. Only thing that stands out to me is that the except for one lowest city, all of a sudden has estimates of its number of inhabitants. That is not really necessary I think.
