Anyone out there who knows of an easy way to have multiple instances of bg2 installed on the system and being able to switch between different installations without having to copy/cut-paste stuff all the time ( and thus requiring defragmentation all the time).

Meaning :

Is there an easy way of changing perhaps some stuff in the registry or/and some ini files in order to be able to play the game from whatever folder? This would be greatly appreciated cause having like 3 or more installations in the hard disk for testing stuff/different mod installations etc is quite common nowadays and being able to play the game from every different folder makes things way easier.
