Well, it isn't that brown either, as TNT is yellow colored, and the natural color of the paper is also more yellow than brown, but it's all up to you though...

Your Eldritch Elemental looks very nice
I do find the face perhaps a bit too feminine, as in it may be more andromygous. Probably this can be done by lowering the jaw line just a little, curving up a little more, but than again I fear it will hurt the beauty that I now somehow feel is installed within the picture. If you dislike changing it, as you find know this is easier on the eyes, or that my suggestion won't succeed, than please go ahead and continue along this path.


As for the Daeceo let me recapture what all was said about them:

The most distinct feature of the ivory-white skinned person in front of you are most certainly its eyes, which shift between an inky black and a bright demonic red in seemingly random patterns. It grins as is it moves it hands in deliberate pattern, causing the air to be filled with their sorcerous eldritch might.

Daeceo were once humans, who took shelter in the Great Cracks during the Age of Darkness. They were the favored pets of the Dark Lord that ruled them, giving them many different powers to act as his eyes, ears and weapon.
Daeceo range from 5 feet to 5?8 feet and have an ivory-white skin with either light blue hair or no hair at all.

It looks already nice. Daeceo have +2 Cha, -2 Cha and can have other bonuses, but that is a little detailed (they make unholy pacts). There into summoning, but simple Eldritch power is cool to see.
I leave it up to your creativity how you want the Unsettling glare to come in. It would be nice to see the new colour coming up, so you see both of them.
Either bold or with hair both are fine. I like the shoulder pads, as well as the flowing robs. I reckon intense colours like blue , red, purple and black would be nice, perhaps with patrons of silver. However, that is very detailed. However, I wanted to give all you needed.

So, indeed they have no pointy ears.

On the picture itself:
I enjoy the robes very much, certainly the collar structure. Perhaps a pin with a gem to hold it together, not too posh though?
He looks nice and and thin, though I do find in this current picture his cheeks a bit too hollowed.
I love the certain aloof facial expression which he has.
All, in all I am not against making a Daeceo with hair instead of a regular bold one (though I would enjoy that more), this amount of hair is a bit too much. What mainly puts me off is the incredible long pony tail.

The eyes are very distinct and I would really ask (= read beg) to have at least hints of red and black in there.

Eldritch Elementals can be found nearly place of old magic. Like dungeons Yeah, finally a creature with a logic place near a dungeon

One thing, and that is probably my english. I said pin, but after looking it up I reckon I mean brooch. Something holding the upper colar together with like a single gem or so. I did not mean the cloak below it, because that is held by the rim...

Anyway, here's the Eldritch Elemental. Please state your opinion (I've added some texture to the image)

The coloring of the hues is just awe inspiring.
The licking flames of the fingers, eyes, feet and leg are especially nice
I first took a good ten minutes look, before I decided to post.
At first I disliked found the stone color strange untill I noticed it was the reflecting the magical hues which I absolutely love as idea.
I reckon, that with the texture you mean the blue lines that cross her body, which I find very nice.

I have one more major request:
* Due to the coloring the neck seems now very elongated, as if the head floats a bit above the neck.
It seems to me it must drift to left lower corner (for us) up till the point her chin probably meets her shoulder so to say.

edit: looking back on the concept art, i think it was a back line of a fire line that made me think you would do a thicker neck which also seem to solve the problem more. Which would be a simple redrawing, I think (?), of the pink line to curve the other way to only slightly behind the shoulder (after all it need not become a dwarven neck)

Than my minute requests
* Seeing you use pink lines to define the outline has a wonderful effect and I would only ask to extend it upwards at the left upper arm (our right) from her elbow up untill the red patch or slight before. This as again it is a sudden straight line in an other wise very flowing painting (Yes, this is art, cause it is that freaking good!)
* Another flame request would is around the face. The red patch seems slightly squared.
Perhaps one could combat this by adding a slight bit of red to the right side (our left again) a slight curling (like the right shoulder (our left) one, but only more tilted upwards)) whisp of red and purple where there is now only a hint of purple.
Of course if you know a better way, by all means discard my idea and use yours.
* Your flames, perfect in themselves, have a tendency to run down below the shoulder paths and up when going from the shoulders to the face, though a logical drawing way I would like to combat it a bit by adding her upper right arm (our left).

I will say that about my last request I am slightly uncertain over their outcome. It might become too much so it might be wise to safe it first before than doing them. Than first doing the second request, saving, and than the first... If all possible. And that by the way all before the major request.

Than leave it. I have no wish to make you cry. Just add both . I wonder how you will draw the body under that cloak, as it would seem that would be visible in the lower part.

An old subject, perhaps, but lets remember that, as far as I know about Deathsangel's goblins, they deal more in improvised weaponry . Who knows what those particular sticks of dynamite are actually made of.

I'm glad you like it, it was a good practice for me as well Here's the fixed version. I couldn't tamper with the head too much otherwise the proportions would be off. Even now I have the feeling that it is too big for its body.



As for Daeceo, it's a big blowing robe that covers everything Just one more question, are they likely to be seen outside or are they strictly indoor creatures? Background question again.

After a new ten minutes looking Corel Draw constantly overprojecting the two pictures... I am going to be a meanie.

The new flames on her arms and around her neck are very nice.
Along with the extention at the eyes and hair

But, I do have some quirks with the new version...

* It seems you have hardened some of the pink glowing lines. I find this a shame especially in the triangle of the back, buttom and lower arm area. I only meant for the one elbow to be extended along the arm to our right... which you did brighten it but not lengthen.

* Also the line in the neck you have hardened in brightness, but kept the same bend. I believe it is better to soften the bend the line behind the shoulder a bit. After all the face is a trois-quart, which means you see more of the neck than usual. At least try it and tell me if you disliked it. If so, than I will drop this point

* You have made the flames on top of her head less red, a thing that I find a shame. I understand this make it less squared, but it less bright now and there by the line across the face gets more attention, now standing out. Is it possible to bring the more bright red back in flowing lines?

* Can you touch her right eye (our left) also just a tiny bit more to let those flames flow upward in a whisp-fashion, like you did with the other eye? It would decrease the size of the eye, and I think it will intensify the look

* The smallest of minute details... The left (for us) flock of magic from her arm, looked nice in the previous version as it was less blurred it was nice little contrast of still trying to burn bright, without attracting too much attention.



As for the Daeceo. They are underground dwelling people that enjoy luxury letting slaves do their dirty work. Definite indoor, no sunshine people.

Sweet, sweet Orthodoxia... you try to out do yourself without the need.

I said as a minute detail one flickering... not adding a will o' wisp Now there are so many hard defined spots... I just wished for one and you go and give me 8 defined ones. I enjoyed it as a random deviation...

The same with the pink line... now the whole under arm is pinkish glowing or the eye... in order to cut the eye you made the whole line bright, but I meant the outline of blue fire...



I have no time limit that is so short, for the Daeceo by the way don't overkill your hand...

Edit: give me a minute and I see if I can manage some own weak skill to show you what I mean..

Ok, while I'm waiting for what needs to be fixed with Elemental (again) here's one nice little Daeceo - by far easier than the Elemental Just don't shoot it down straight away

No serioulsy it is wonderful

I only have coloring issues at some points, but for the rest it is nice:

* Hair color among Daeceo, as you probably read but forgot, is icy blue. Not blond.
* The Skin color may be even more to white. Marble or Snow white.
* I don't quite understand the background. To me it looks like a leaf structure


Edit: And this is my rework of your pictures. I have edited features of all three that I liked, along with some computer drawing to take of sharp edges that didn't match as well as a take on the eye and elbow line I mentioned. What do you think?

edit 2: Hm... a little work I need to do on the lower under arm.
edit 3: Done... but not entirely to my liking, than again I am not an artist, so that is to be expected.

I love also the patterns in the close by the way. All that beautiful arcane symbols, I didn't notice them last time around.
Skin is nice ebony white, as well as a grim background... but still the hair is off white does not equal light blue (like the Eldritch Elemental ice blue)
Would you make a light blue version, so that I can see if that is indeed better? I am beginning to doubt due to the fact the eyes are more scary/present this way.
