Yeahhh, the joints should be easy enough to draw backwards; those can go both ways. Actually, yeah it'll be better to draw them backwards, so they'll be further away from angry runts, yeah... .p

I'll probably still elaborate on the backside design. Add some kinda pressure compressor drum partly visible somewhere, and some heat exhaustion grills or something.
Hmm, I'll maybe also add the second pair of arms. Maknig it the huge construct instead of a large construct. It would better explain the design differences from... *rattle rattle rattle*, Galsic's (right person, right?) model.

@ RedTyga; Will you add to your drawining of the ranger and the swashbuckler or are you happy with its current form. My compliment of it looking finished and ready for the book, may have discouraged you from continuing, but if you wish by all means go ahead.

Been a while, I know. School work and ... work have just bogged me down from doing any other projects. Luckily the quarter is almost over so I can focus my attention back on this project. It's by no means done and I'm not gonna stop till I think it is

It involves a Hand Cannon Graft
So, the replacement of an arm for a grenade launcher arm, all of course in nice copper hues as is normal with steampunk. And probably a few more grafts to show the extend of the possibilities. This alike the father of the steamboy (though he has a Mechanical Arm Graft instead of a Hand Cannon graft).
However, I agree with you, better finish the other three first surrounding the asian-like continent.

Haha, I lied (well, not intentionally). I half-expected to work on my drawings during my time out of town, but I've been rather unmotivated to do any art lately. Anyhoo, I finally got some work done. Here are two tentative versions of the samurai:



I'll post the other two as I get 'em done as well. I'll put 'em all together once you're happy with the individual characters.

I am going for the right lady. I have but one question... doesn't she lack hair? I can see the inside of the helm, but no hint of hair. It need not be long flowing (seeing that would be illogical), but the hair free rim of the helm and sides makes me wonder if the lady is bold. Am I mistaken or was this on purpose?

P.s. She already polished her armor than? Illogical following order But yeah bloodstains on the armor... I am not sure about that as well.

The one with the violet? Right-o. Yeah, her hair is rather short. And black. What little I showed is on the sides of her face. I also imaged it combed back inside the helmet, but if you want a few locks hanging off the top, I can do that, too. I'll see about adding blood and dirt and other stuff on her as well.

Well, combed back is fine. There is really no need to have lock hanging in front of ther face or on the side, but the hair line may come down just a little bit on the side.

I know I have been quiet a bit myself due to things, but I am still working on this. D&D group is partially dissolving, but I will find new people and I still got plans on getting this uploaded. I could do it now, but simply is not finished and that would make me feel bad. There are two major things I really want to finish before I put up a prelimanary version.
So how are the drawings? Anyone please.

Sorry, 'fraid not . Between job and school work, I've been trying, somewhat in vain, to build up the motivation to finish up the coloring for my drawings. I'll admit that I'm much more enthusiastic about doing line-art than coloring. Since my last update, I've done little more than think over how I'm gonna color the other two (I think the ninja'll be fairly simple, but the wu-jen's outfit is calling for designs I may not be entirely up to). However, since I've had a bunch of ideas for other unrelated drawings swimming in my head that I wanna get to, maybe that ought to serve as motivation to finish things up here so I can get to the other things I wanna do, eh? Hasn't quite worked out, yet, though :/ .

Not sure how many of those monsters/characters you intended to have illustrated, but, once I'm done with my drawings, you might have to settle with what you've got here (and whatever you may have gotten from elsewhere) for now.
