Hi Deathsangel, I've been watching this topic for a while and in the end I decided to draw something for your campaing ;-)
It seems there's nobody drawing the werewolf (Asu fiend) or the Restless undead, isn't it?
I have few questions before starting sketching: does the werewolf wear armor or clothes (I mean the tattered remains of what he was wearing before shapechainging)? What kind of weapons does he use (long/short swords, daggers, clubs...)? do the barbs grow in a 'pattern' or in random places, for example, if he has a barb on his left shoulder, does he have another barb in the right shoulder as well?
About the Restless, is his equipment more toward classic D&D or tecnology?
He Epantiras,
Glad you decided to join the fun
Here is a half-developed work of KedorLao of the tratu fiend.
From the 'book'
Armor Class: 27 (+6 Dex, +11 natural), touch 16, flat-footed 21
Attack: +1 wounding rapier +14 melee (1d6 + 3 plus poison/15-20 x2)
Full Attack: +1 wounding rapier +12/+7 melee (1d6 + 3 plus poison/15-20 x2) and +1 wounding rapier +12/+7 melee (1d6 + 1 plus poison/15-20 x2)
A normal looking humanoid suddenly seems to jerk in pain for a few seconds as he shapes into a werewolf from with reddish fur and several wicked barbs sticking out at several locations.
An Asu fiend, almost non-Demon-like, loves to hunt and study his pray for weeks tirelessly. He then uses the knowledge he has gained when he makes himself known to be an assassin to its target. Inch by inch walking to the prey, he tells of how all the ways out are blocked and how perhaps those that can safe him are killed and detailing everything, so the victim might be scarred all the more.
An Asu fiend uses any means of getting the advantage as he can. The most known example is of an Asu fiend taking a dive in digestive acid with its target. Though the creature nearly died, his target was surely never to be returned to live. An Asu fiend also always coats his weapon with the poison that his mouth glands produce. An Asu would never use its natural weapons, claws and bite, unless both his weapons are disarmed and he is surely to die.
An Asu fiend speaks the Common tongue of the continent, Abyssal and 3 other languages of its choice.
Thus:
* No armor from itself - tattered remains of what he was wearing is logical, depending on this task this may be clothes or amor, I suggest clothes for the sake of not getting people confused
* Yes weapons, two rapiers
* Barbs may be in random places, but certain spots would be nice to have somewhat symmetrical like both shoulders, both elbow and some along the spine. They can just in different direction though.
Restless
A black skinned muscular humanoid steps out of the darkness. He seems in many ways a darkened zombie, but though his eyes may be all white, you can see from his facial expressions that it must be at least intelligent.
Restless are thought to be the result of technological experiments to mimic the resurrection spell, a much wanted technology if discovered for it remains a power solitary to magic users. Unfortunately it has resulted in a zombie-like creature instead of the original person rising from the dead.
The main differences are that a Restless is intelligent and is not by default an evil creature. Other differences to note are that they can be not ?just a bit? more powerful then a commoner for they seem capable to take just the same amount of punishment (or slightly more) as they did in life. They are not as slow as a zombie, making them able to run and do more then a single action, but it?s skin also isn?t as resilient to blows as normal zombies.
Attacks: A restless retains all the natural weapons, and weapon proficiencies of the base creature. A restless also gains a slam attack.
Human 4th-level Warrior Restless
Medium Undead
Armor Class: 17 (-1 Dex, +2 natural, +4 chain shirt, +2 heavy steel shield) touch 9, flat-footed 17
Attack: Heavy Mace +5 melee (1d8 + 2) or slam +4 melee (1d6 + 2)
So, in principal Restless are technological undead and use weapons they had in real life. However, melee weapons can also be technological upgrades without immediatly showing great signs of this. So you can use the heavy mace example for instance, you have somewhat free reign in it.
Orginally the artist eKatherina had drawn a beautifull sketch of Restless girl with her undead dog, looking somewhat saddened, but she did not finish it and I do not have the sketches. Sorry, can't show you
You are free to simply make use of this warrior or something like eKatherina, or any other type that can be turned into a zombie or skeleton (There are also examples of a Restless Giant and Eagle in the book) though I would perfer a medium sized creature (and not an elf or gnome (seeing they have way more with magic)).
I hope it was all clear I am slightly ill and my brain is not functioning entirely to my liking.
