I don't have 1PP installed, but I always use 16 - Silverish gold for half-orcs because it does look greenish on my computer. I doubt CA does anything to the avatars.

One stupid question, have you edited your chars with ShadowKeeper? As the color change might come from there, as I have it too.
As this could be the source of the problem, the sudden change and copy/paste thing and why others do and some don't have it, at least could be explaned.
Nope. I have not used shadowkeeper or any other editor with any of the NPC's.

I am closing the topic because the colors will soon to be changed with the next version which should be released within the next week or two. Expect huge changes with the next version.(skin color will be changed but it is not one of them.)
