WeiDU 121 includes non-trivial control flow in patches (working loops, blah blah blah Japheth-cakes). In addition, it includes a SET_2DA_ENTRY command for setting the entry at a given row and column. Somebody wanted that power but I can't remember who.
The extract kit option just looks more and more hideous each time I glance at it. I can't think of a good way to code it up in a few mintues.

It seems that the extract kit option doens´t work without ToB installed because WeiDU looks for the following files that doesn´t exist in a SoA only installation:
- 25STWEAP.2DA (equipement if you start in ToB)
- LU***.2DA (ToB special abilities)
Any chance to make this really very great feature usuable without ToB ?

There is a workaround for the "missing" files, just add the 25stweap.2da via winbiff or NI. The LU****.2da is probably not that important, at least for extraction, where weidu gives a ~ ~. Weidu extracts the kits just as it is meant to, just emitting some "MyKitname" not found for every kit.
Since my other account as HardenCoonor is buried in the deep dungeon-of-the-for-quite-a-while-not posting-members, while forgetting the password and being unable to make the forum software sending me a new one, i will continue my feature requests and stuff under this "new" name.

I was going to recommend that you just copy the files over from a TOB installation, but someone beat me to it.
The kit installer (= ADD_KIT) checks to see if ToB is available locally before adding to those files. However, you really should fill in that information (like starting equipment and HLAs) or people who install your kit on a ToB machine and start a ToB game will get strange behavior (like arriving naked or never getting special powers).
