The idea is: Person A draws a sketch (degree of completion not specified, as long as it has definite shape and character), sends said sketch to person B who draws another version of said sketch, then draws another sketch, and send it to person A to redraw.
It's a circle of practice, a good way of getting out of your safe little drawing niches and making some progress. ^^

Soo, point is, anyone here interested?
I could go for some kewl sketch trading.

Sounds like fun. As soon as I get my main machine up and running again I'll play.

Definately sounds like fun. Shall we do it in here - someone posts a sketch, another one redraws it and makes their own at the same go, and then posts them?

And, just out of curiosity, my dear, what *are* you wearing? :D - Tempest to me.

That's the idea, yeah.
It's mostly done 1v1, but I figure if there aren't too many people interested we could keep track of a round robin style system so no one gets left out. O_o

Like:
A draws a sketch for B to redraw,
B redraws A's sketch, and draws a sketch for C to redraw,
C redraws B's sketch, and draws a sketch for A to redraw,
A redraws C's sketch, and draws another sketch for B to redraw...

First of all we all have our own real lives and we might not have time for something that absolutely needs you to participate everytime. So I suggest that someone starts, and posts a sketch. Someone who thinks "hay this is fun" says "DATS MINE" and then draws it again, and posts it. The second person cannot post the redraw, however, without a new sketch for someone else - this way the game goes forward. If multiple people draw the same sketch, that's okay too. Then we just get more sketches to redraw, and that simply means we have a working game going on. :D

How does this sound? I could make an "official" topic with "rules" and throw the first sketch in.

Good. :D

Hmmm, if we model the organization after what i've seen, we'll keep one thread for partner finding (I wanna exchange drawings, anyone else?), and make separate threads for "Sketch Exchange: A vs B" & "Sketch Exchange: C vs D" and so on.

Ilmy OK with that arrangement? :o

:D Okay then!

The sketch swapping between to persons sounds like art exchange to me. Or?
