While according to what I heard from Nalia I should probably want to see the guy dead... it does serve as a rather effective roadblock in the mod
Was wondering if there was some way to force-spawn him using the console commands, or if I am going to have to reload a save from before Nalia gave me the quest to run over there and talk to him, anyone happen to know how or if it is even possible?
