Ok here is an idea ( now i know not everyone will like this )

ok when i was playing on Shivering Isles and part of my job was to find out who was plotting to kill Sly you got to have hackil ( not sure the spelling )
to torture the people you were talking too and also you when into the dungeon and eather kill the 3 adventures or made them insane.
well i was wondering that when u made the Mad Prince/Princess (depending if you are playing a female) if you could as entrainment have people come to the thrown room and you eather torture them buy casting a spell on them, or if they were sane you drive them insane. I would even be willing to help code this
if someone could point me in the right direction as to be able to script for Oblivion

and yes i understand my request is demented but in a way as the mad prince/princess you have to admit it does add a twist to them. And also add it so that it only works in the Shivering Isles. so you can't go around driving guards and poor villagers in the rest of the world crazy or torturing them.

A couple things - Your always made the Prince of Madness, even if your female, no female Daedra Lord is ever refered to as "princess" even if there form appears to be female.

Please, don't make another topic regarding to another topic.

And finally, yes this is a good idea . I may take a swing at it myself after I finish my current project!

I think I had a mod where you could take the role of a prison administrator, you would have been able to do all sort of stuff to the prisoners.
