This is simply a failing to load the scripts that were required. I ain't able to help much though because I forgot what the ones you're looking for are. Sorry...
It can also be a cross-mod problem, but I highly doubt it.

As far as I know, the lack of Slayer change simply interferes with some later script, but nothing too important (although it did once royally screw with Lord M's Imoen Mod at one vital stage).
I'd suggest first trying to reload a save before Bohdi, and unfortunately it could have to be further back than you'd hope (try the enterance into the assylum at the worst case scenario).

I'd still suggest finding the scripts though, but what they are... I can't remember, sorry again.

Most of the harder spells can be bought at Ribald's I think, and if not you can try Sister Garlena of Watcher's Keep. Last but not least is of course Suldanessellar itself has a few nice scrolls, but I'm not sure if you will need those spells by then.

I will probably make some revisions to this mod soon, as probably one of my last modding acts for the community, due to the terrible muckup of Aran and Saemon's cutscene.

Which Scrolls show up specifically in Spellhold Maze? Could you list them here along with their respective ITMs? Am in the process of revising the Mod.
