Sorry I could not get there. Problems with the Yugma even with Cuv's link. However, when I restarted my computer this morning, I tried it and it worked.
I'll be ready for the next one when it comes along!

Yea... you just have to make sure you run the troubleshooter on the support page. See what it says. Assuming your computer is not from the stone age... Then close ALL browser windows, and start then download again. If you don't have the right version of Java, you need to get it. Otherwise, it's pretty easy to get started. :cheers:

Hey Jake, I ran the troubleshooter and everything checked with a yes. I had too many windows open.....duuuhhhh! :blush:

that was the problem I think.
